Millership's judgment, Staples info, etc.

Kevin Millership here. Attached is the trial judgment dated Jan 16, 2003 (Mr. Justice (little) Powers presiding) off the Fed's own website (Justice Dept.)!
Re: The Judgment and fluorosis/causation.
Trueman, look to para. [140]: Powers finds "...it is clear that the consumption of fluoridated water would contribute to the occurance of dental fluorosis. I am satisfied that Mr. Millership has established causation on the balance of probabilities."
Para. [105]: Powers finds "...fluoride is being used as a drug or a medicine, at least for the purposes of promoting health when it is added to the public water system."
So, dental fluorosis (fluoride poisoning) is caused by fluoridated water - MEANING $$$ for all those with DF. ("causation" is a very important ruling)
Also, fluoridated water is a "drug or medicine" - You can ask: Did that boy/girl with DF give their informed consent before being poisoned/drugged by the fluoridated water??? If no (i.e. if parents didn't vote yes in a fluoridation referendum well knowing all the true facts surrounding fluoridation's risks) then you even have a stronger case for $$$ by causation!!!.
Just put in color pictures of DF in Belleville's paper and ask for people with teeth like this to contact you and SUE BABY SUE!!!
(one way to stop fluoridation = LIABILITY!!!)
