Millership Anti-Fluoridation Case!
Hi All (those in power, those in the know, and those who should know better!)
Kevin Millership from BC/Canada here, I finished my last application to the Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa and we all will know in 1-3 months whether Canada's highest Court will hear my appeal of my lower Court loses in my anti-public water fluoridation case!
I BOLDED my attached 5 page Reply to this Court to highlight the LIES that the Feds and Prov (Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Attorney General of Canada and Province of British Columbia) have made in their Responses to my Application for Leave to Appeal/Memerandum of Argument, this is the first time I've BOLDED my submissions but the lower Courts below proved to be blind, deaf and dumb so I thought a little highlighting is in order!!!
Enjoy your read, this is the best I could do, a lawyer may have crafted it differently but, whats done is done and now its in the hands of 3 judges to decide if 14,000,000 Canadians will continue to be poisoned/drugged/killed/crippled unlawfully and without informed consent by their community's fluoridated/poisoned/drugged public water supply!!!
