When, in the NSW Supreme Court, there were 30 Patriots wearing "TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY" T-shirts and Justice Michael Adams denied Trial by Jury that Eric and I demanded, the Sheriff violently assaulted Peter Rutherford smashing hand railings and door frames to wrestle him to the ground, while Peter keep saying "Look out for my glasses". They arrested Peter and John Bauskis - and that started the ongoing sequence of completely oppressive and illegal imprisonments and Court Hearings that ended with John being imprisoned for 14 days.  Justice Michael Adams was indicted by a People's Grand Jury but another NSW Supreme Court Judge, Johnson, arbitrarily and against the protests of Patriots present that the Indictment had to be heard by a Jury, dismissed the Indictment saying that Judges are immune from prosecution, ie: Judges are above the Law.

 

Next week, (24 September 2007) there will be a hearing in the NSW Court of Appeal against the Johnson Judgment when it is anticipated that more Australian Judges will dismiss the action - again claiming that they are above the Law.

 

I have been assaulted several times by Sheriff's Officers, including on the occasion when I told Registrar Bradford I would perform a Citizen's Arrest on him because he, too, denied Trial by Jury.

 

CONCLUSION: Whether in the USA or Australia, the burning issue is, "Are We the People free men with inalienable Rights, or are we merchandise, ie: goods for sale/slaves with no Rights?".

 

Next Monday (24 September) will clearly demonstrate how the Australian Judiciary want it to be.  There will be NO MEDIA to report to the Australian People and anyone having a recording device in Court faces a $22,000 fine and 12 months imprisonment (....no Trial by Jury, of course...). The ADAM'S INDICTMENT is a defining moment in our history........do we have Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy or do we have "evil counsellors, judges and ministers" as our masters?

This is a very disturbing video.  This is just not an isolated incidence.  It is now happening all around the so called free world, including Australia.  Our freedoms are being eroded and replaced with draconian laws and relentlessly enforced by the sub humans.  Police brutality and torture, urged on by the new world order, is rearing its ugly head.  Remember Kerry, who lost the last election to George Bush.  Well he just stayed at his podium whilst the boy was attacked for asking a legitimate question.  Kerry didn't try to intervene and stop the madness.  Rank him on your list as another coward.  The politicians know no end to their treachery and treason.  This is what John Wilson is talking about.  Trial by jury and freedom of speech. How will you support John Wilson in his rightful quest for freedom by way of trial by jury?Kindest Regards,
