A Different Viewpoint Edition 2006-2 - A letter to the editor/weekly column by Trueman of the Tuck family, a sovereign human being under GOD
This is a critical time in Canadian history. Never before, since 1867, has our country been in such a decayed state in regards to having a continuing stable and mutually respectful faith-based, proud and free Parliamentary based, rule of law democratic society. Trust and confidence in our leaders are at an all time low.
In feudal times every society has had its challenges with some group wanting to seize and hold onto power in order to control and exploit society for their own self-serving schemes. Ironically, these �Feudal Issues� are still alive and well here in Canada today, despite our proud British tradition stemming from the Magna Charta and over 800 years of respect for the sovereignty of all �Human / Natural Persons� in our society.
The �Artificial Persons�, such as governments, government bureaucrats, and publicly owned corporations and privately owned �mega-corporations� have today, in our �Modern Feudal Age�, seized power in Canada and usurped the safeguards developed in our British Parliamentary style democracy.
None of the major political parties in this federal Canadian election are significantly addressing the underlying legal and constitutional structural issues that are truly necessary to effectively address the acute DEMOCRATIC DEFICIT problems that clearly exist IN OTTAWA�S POWER CIRCLES.
Reality is that since the beginnings of the development of natural person / human person societies, there are always a small group or groups [also called gang, or gangs] scheming for self interest reasons to have an enormous influence on what happens legally, scientifically, media wise, educationally, politically and economically in that society. The people who have seized power in Ottawa via the �PMO� over the last 40 years or so need to be known for what I believe they are, a criminal gang. I often tell a joke about the difference between our Canadian Prime Minister and the head of the
Canadian Mafia � ONE DOES NOT CLAIM BE DOING YOU LEGALLY!
The caring and concerned faith-based citizens of this once proud Rule of Law based democracy need to work together to restore Law and Order and justice for all. The only way to deal with democratic deficit is to actively participate in the politics of our country at all levels.
When the governments fear the people you have democracy, when the people fear the governments you have tyranny!
There is a revolution brewing in traditionally quiet and peaceful Canada. There are growing grassroots networks occurring in Canada across all faith-based persons, from all cultures, demanding that every single elected federal member of Parliament start representing their constituents as their first priority and support a comprehensive structural reform to deal with the �DEMOCRATIC DEFICIT ISSUES� in the halls of power in Ottawa.
These structural change reforms must address all or most of the following: [1] Return of federal Parliamentary supremacy, [2] Parliamentary reform including fixed election days, ethics for all parties and elected and appointed officials including Public Servants and judges, joint appointment via open public process of all federal appointees, [3] Return of rule by majority with a responsible Rule of Law and people agreed to Constitution, [4] Appropriate changes in Deputy Minister of Justice�s duties, The Treasury Board, Privy Council, Prime Minister�s Office, Governor-General�s roles, Senate, Judicial system and Crown Corporations, [5] Limiting �Artificial Persons� powers to ensure that �Human / Natural Persons� remain supreme in rights and control and every aspect under the law, [6] Return to strict respect for the distribution of powers as per the 1867 British North American Act, [7] Rein in control of federal legislation and regulations to ensure strict compliance with all existing Rule of Law
safeguards to protect individually ALL Canadian Human / Natural Persons and their small, medium family owned enterprises [SMFEs], [8] Rein in control of publicly owned corporations and mega family owned corporations to restrict their negative impacts on Human / Natural Persons� rights and interests and our governments, environment, local communities and traditional family units. [9] Rein in the judicial activism of the Supreme Court of Canada and return critical decision making to a reformed Parliament and Senate and their respective committees
These combined issues of restoring trust and confidence, protecting ALL Human / Natural Persons� rights equally, as well as their small, medium family enterprises [SMFE�s] rights, including individual freedom of choice in health care, SMFE�s civil and property rights and correcting expensive errors such as the gun registry and Natural Health Product Regulations need to be addressed by all candidates.
In 1215 the divine right of the rulers to do whatever they wanted, anytime, to any human whether rich or poor was stopped by the Magna Charta. In this modern feudal age in Canada, how can the �SHADOW RULERS� be above the law and do whatever they want with our property and us?
