Doctor John Martin, who previously conducted vaccine research at the National Institute of Health (NIH), is a scientist familiar with the inner circles at the FDA and the CDC says, "My reaction to the members of The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) that I have met personally is that: First, they avoid any criticism of their own actions. Second, they work toward the interest of vaccine manufacturers in the sincere belief that vaccines are good." There is no doubt that people like Dr. Paul Offit, a senior member of the medical establishment, truly believe that vaccines have no serious deleterious effects and will cite safety studies and trials that "prove" that vaccines are safe. He sincerely believes in these studies and the data and research supporting them. What he fails to consider though is that the large majority of adverse vaccine reactions are not being reported--not even associated in a temporal way with the administration of vaccines. This is a great oversight and gives us the impression that he and many others in medical decision making positions may not recognize how conflicts of interests with pharmaceuticals could potentially cloud their judgment. "The pharmaceutical industry is designed to be competitive and profit making. It is unfortunate that they have become the authority on all of medicine," continues Dr. Martin indicating that the real power behind public health officials is an industry whose quest is for profit not public health.
Sometimes it does seem as though the larger part of the medical establishment has become nothing more than a giant sales agency for the pharmaceutical companies that produce vaccines and other drugs. The members of the medical elite are fervent in their defense of vaccines in particular and go to great lengths to demean anyone, parent or professional alike, who even hint at a possible problem with them. There is an alleged incident circulating that once, at a vaccine board meeting, a parent approached and showed the picture of her daughter whom she alleged became autistic after receiving a vaccine. It was reported that Dr. Paul Offit stood up, took out his wallet and showed the audience his two children and stated, "Look at my two healthy children, they received all their vaccines." This callous standoff is typical of the opposing camps in the profound medical debate about vaccines.
Dr. Gary Goldman, Senior Editor of the Medical Veritas medical journal says, "Indeed, the most important human issue concerning these organizations is the depth of human anguish that may be imposed on people, without their knowledge or consent, by an elite few who may intentionally or unwittingly abuse their positions of authority." It seems the people at the top of the medical establishment commonly ignore much of the information presented to them from legitimate researchers, doctors and scientists and choose rather to cling to cherished medical concepts and practices. Dr. Goldman, who served as a research analyst in a program supported by the CDC, found what he believed to be irregularities and some potentially dangerous trends in his studies and states in his new book Rashes of Controversy, "I might have just shrugged those figures off, passed them on to my superiors, taken my paychecks and kept quiet. But I could not because I knew that each of those surprising, undesirable numbers represented nothing less than a suffering person."
Certainly we must consider that there could be a massive denial underway, breathtaking in scope, devastating in effect among the inner and upper circles of medical agencies and committees. The issue of vaccine safety seems to be offering a possible Armageddon for the medical establishment. Many are probing the medical elite's attachments and conflicts of interest with the pharmaceutical companies and are accusing them of being blind to the dramatic leap in vaccine damaged children that has skyrocketed thanks to the large increase in the number of vaccines given over these past 15 years. There are certain key assumptions that health officials simply will not allow open discussion on creating a barrier to all intelligent efforts towards change. Medical truth appears to be lost by the medical elite and the only logical explanation is this conflict of interest that the pharmaceutical companies have nurtured for decades throughout the medical and scientific communities.
Dr. Edward Yazbak said, "There has been a true and significant increase in autism in the U.S. To date, the CDC and other governmental health authorities have not given enough attention to this serious epidemic and its present and future impact. They must be confronted with their responsibility now." This is a prime example of how the medical aristocracies are demonstrating their abandonment of integrity and their departure from medical reason. Though most medical physicians and researchers tend to dismiss parent's claims and experiences categorizing such information as "anecdotal evidence" that is scientifically invalid, top health officials have to rise above such limitations in thinking and look at the reality of the catastrophe that is afflicting the nation's children with autism.
Dr. Yazbak continues saying, "To ignore the information provided by parents of autistic children as desperate conclusions drawn by grieving individuals is pretentious and overlooks potentially valuable data." It is hypocritical for doctors, medical scientists and public health officials to ignore such desperate people or data; it puts us in terrible doubt as to the real agenda and motives of these people and whether they are honoring their medical oaths. The present attitudes of the CDC and the FDA enrages many parents when health officials dismiss the "anecdotal evidence" of thousands of kids that have become autistic, or get sick or die after vaccine application. Parents are quick to confront the hypocrisy when medical officials consider it all a "co-incidence" when all the testing they do on vaccines is very short term--typically 3 to 12 days. It is absurd that such short-term studies get written in stone as scientific fact and then used by health authorities as proof of safety. The medical establishment has actually turned somewhat sleazy in their attempts to convince parents that their children were born with the autism when, in fact, the child was speaking, demonstrating coordination and other skills, and were perfectly fine until the children were vaccinated just so they do not have to look at the possibility that their vaccine programs might be the real culprit.
Shouldn't the elite of the medical establishment be held accountable just like any other person guilty of a crime that encroaches on the rights of others? The elite's defensiveness, (a great hint that something is seriously wrong with their entrenched positions) is routinely demonstrated in its refusal to listen and in blocking meaningful communications with others who have different views. Can the medical establishment be compared to a fanatic congregation of religious zealots who cannot stand anyone to be different? They are definitely not masters of open communication and they do not allow anyone near them that would challenge and confront their unshakable positions. Perhaps, in a way, they want to be like gods--deciding for themselves what is good and evil. (Genesis 3:5)
The International Medical Veritas Association is being formed with its own peer review medical journal called Medical Veritas to call the medical establishment back to its senses. If the medical establishment will not open itself to serious communications with scientists and doctors who challenge their lock step views what choice do we have but to bypass their pseudo-science and propaganda and publish the data and analyses they have previously suppressed. The incredible lack of open communication among the medical elite and their accompanying resistance to change is effectively creating the need for a medical revolution.
There is no time for the elite to undergo psychiatric therapy to regain their objectivity. Though revolutions of the past have had their guillotines this one has to be more non-violent though heads still have to roll if they refuse to change. Some believe that we must entice them into openness, communication and change through kindness and cordiality but the truth is harsh. What passes for medical truth today is often cruel, heartless, cold, and arrogant, especially on the upper floors of the medical establishment. Medical truth is calling for a medical revolution, a complete restructuring, a renovation that will cut deeply into the growing clouds of medical darkness that are obscuring the vision of medical reality and truth.There is no time for the elite to undergo psychiatric therapy to regain their objectivity. On a practical and immediate level this translates into a recent demand, made by Dr. David Geier, that the Institute of Medicine (IOM) spend billions of dollars in an all out effort to determine the cause for the autism epidemic as quickly as possible "before it totally destroys society." The IOM is seen by some as another self-protecting organization that despite the overwhelming evidence that Doctor Geier and others have found remains confused about thimerosal and other vaccine problems and their impact on autism. Medicine is not about confusion, it cannot afford the luxury of uncertainty of this magnitude in the middle of a pandemic and hope to maintain any kind of positive self-image.
When we talk about medical revolution physicians should be aware that what will force medicine and its leaders to their knees is a tidal wave of families afflicted with autism that is gathering an army to execute the largest class-action litigations the world has ever seen. Michael A. Chernoff, of Houston, Texas strikes a clarion call saying, "Make no mistake, an army is amassing and it's heading straight towards Congress and Courtrooms all across this country." Many see the autism epidemic as American's silent holocaust, one that has been ignored by the medical establishment. This epidemic will cost society a trillion dollars at a minimum to manage and the FDA and the CDC still have their collective heads stuck in the sand refusing to look sincerely into the causes of autism, or even worse, deliberately manipulating studies that have shown a causal link between vaccines and autism. Already, the gates to Eli Lilly Company are under siege for having asserted falsely the safety of using mercury in vaccines as a preservative. Modern allopathic medicine will undoubtedly be faced with a crisis of faith as the truth about this medical disaster comes to the forefront of public awareness.
