<<< Back to MSM
I am forwarding this to several health freedom fighters in Canada as food for thought. I think you have hit on the REAL REASON why Health Canada is trying to ban MSM. Lets join forces to put together a really solid documentational record that we can use in our legislative battles globally- I'd like to put a special section on the IAHF website about this.

Dear Charles Morrow
No we have not met or corresponded before and I will not argue
that any substance except one can cause psychological and
pyschiatric "diseases."
But what about the additives in the foods we now eat and why
are so many people search outside the mainstream medical
arena for answers to their health problems not addressed or
ignored by these same clinicians.
At Oregon Health Sciences is a physician who has been the
brunt of professional discrimination because of his work with
DMSO and MSM: Dr Stanley Jacob.
My research into MSM has parrelleled his but without the scope
or scientific dilligence of his. But here is conclusion which I feel
is pertenent to your concern about willy nilly ingestion or herbs.
The earliest reference to MSM dates from 1250 BC and the paper makers of the Ming dynasty. These elderly people who
would beat and knead the wood into pulp and then into paper
had hands "like little children" soft and smooth. Therefore being
an enlightened despot the Emperor had his concubines bathe
in this water so that their skin would be softer to his touch.
I am found of this reference because the same scene was re-
created at the Zellerbach pulp mill in 1941, which is how
Herschler and Jacob became the men of MSM and DMSO.
But why now are these compounds finding such sucess amoung
those who are fed up with mainstream medicine? First look at
the periodic table of elements are note the association between
Oxygen, Sulfur, Clorline, Flourine, Selenium, and Tellurium.
In 1931 artificail fertilizers were first used in the West Nile
Region of Africa. At the end of WW2 an attempt to introduce
AF into US farms was a dissmal failure. But in 1954 the use
of AF was tied to fram subsidies and the sulfur cycle was
broken and remains broke to this day in most industrialized
nations. And the rates of disease has risen at an alarming
rate. Of those diseases many include depression and phycho-
ses.
Cellular biology is now alost art thanks to the electron micro-
scope and the basis for training physicians: To examine,
Identify and Treat. Where is the cause? If every organism on
this planet is a collective organization of individual cells then
the interaction of mineral upon the cells and the cell membrane
would be a more profitable exercise than condeming people for
caring about their health enough to look outside the bankrupt
mainstream medical system for relief from pain and suffering.
Dr Jacob would not make this statement but I will, every drug
advertised on television can be replaced with intracellular
oxygen with an adequate amount of sulfur, to replace the
sulfur lost to artificial fertilizer. That includes all of the anti-
depressants esp. Prozac and Ritalin.
I would also maintain that all of our "modern diseases" are man made. A product of sulfur deficiency. Be that you chose to
site a Scandiavian Journal consider this: Finland outlawed AF
after recognizing that it was having an adverse effect on its
population, and it is now the second largest producer of bio
friendly foods ( no artificial fertilizers or perticides ) second only
to Austria.
So where is your discussion of how these herbs effect then cells
of the body? Where is your discussion about why so many
people are turning to alternative medical proceedures, how many
were told there was nothing wrong or that nothing could be done.
Psoriasis and Lupus erythemtosis are perfect examples. MSM
adresses both of these conditions without any adverse side
effects, but what are they told be their physicians? Until the
pendellum swings back to the "patient" ( one who suffers )and their needs then physicians are going to continue to sign their own professional death warrant in spite of all the efforts to outlaw alternative medicine. Malpractice insurance was not designed
to protect doctors from patients but patients from doctors who
did not give damn about the "patient" not good doctors who do
care.
