Dear Fellow Australians,
The case for True Democracy has been filed in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. True Democracy is where the People have the Right to Trial by Jury. The importance of Trial by Jury has been expounded by some of the greatest men in history over many centuries. They warned of what would happen if that Right should ever be extinguished. This case (Wilson -v- Dental Board and the State of New South Wales:CL 203 95/04) puts just this situation before the Courts, ie: that the extinguishment of the Right to Trial by Jury resulting is unlawful imprisonment, dispossession and denial of Justice. The case against the First Defendant, the Dental Board, is that this corporation has no legal foundation due to the fact that the NSW "Governor" has not been appointed by the Queen and, therefore, has no authority to issue an "order". This leads into the larger picture of Corruption and Treachery by Federal and State "Governments", as the central issues of fact and law to be put before a Jury.
A few months ago, when I tried to file an action against the "Governor-General" in the Federal Court of Australia, a "Judge" refused to allow the suit to be filed. Please note: with the appointment of the Governor-General and Stae Governors being fraudulent, appointments made by these individuals (eg: of Judges) are also fraudulent.
This time, when the Registrar took the documents to a Duty "Judge", it turned out to be a fateful day - the 7th of November, 2004. She came back from the Duty "Judge" with instructions to file the action. Subsequently, the Crown Solicitor, acting for both Defendants, has faxed me their "Notice of Appearance" (filed on 17th November), and I have received acknowledgments from 7 Attorney-Generals to my "78B Notices of a Constitutional Matter" which I sent to them.
Interestingly, yesterday morning Alan Jones on 2UE was talking to a Professor Winter from the Law School at the University of Sydney about having Judges elected rather than appointed. Of course, no mention was made of the challenge to the legitimacy of their appointments. The Media are continuing their role to withhold information from the public.
The next stage is a Status Conference and I expect the Crown Solicitor will try to have the action dismissed and to stop it going to a Jury. I expect that the "Dark Side" of the Judiciary to bear down heavily. Therefore, the Status Conference is a vital session and I would appreciate the attendance of anyone who is passionate about Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy to witness that event. No date has yet been set - but I will email it out when there is one.
