Australia's Founding Documents

<<< Back to aussie Health Regulatory History

Dear Fellow Australians,

I have just been into the State Library to chase up the "Draft of a Bill to Constitute the Commonwealth of Australia 1898" and there was the most marvellous book containing all these important documents. The book is "THE FOUNDING DOCUMENTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA by DAVID EASTMAN (Copyright 1995)". The catalogue number is "NQ 342,94029 4". This fellow has done an excellent job to compile a volume of fascinating and essential material which (quite frankly) should be available in every Australian library and accessible on the Internet. He has out-archived the National Archives.

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
