Conservative Party Under Attack by Same-Sex Marriage Activists
Marriage is under attack. Last week Paul Martin announced that his Liberal government would introduce legislation to legalize same-sex marriage. Currently 3 of the 4 main federal parties officially support same-sex marriage leaving the Conservative Party of Canada as the sole electoral option for those Canadians who support the traditional definition of marriage.
In order to remove electoral choice same-sex marriage activists have now turned their sights on the Conservative Party of Canada and are well positioned for a hostile takeover at the Conservative Convention. These same-sex activists are launching a coordinated attack on the Conservative Convention in an attempt to undermine the Conservative Party�s support for the traditional definition of marriage. Without you many ridings could fall under their control. The Toronto area Policy Conference has already passed a motion to have same-sex marriage as the official party position. This motion will be put to a vote of the delegates at the convention in March. The anti-family activists threatening our party are well organized, heavily funded and very well could hijack the Party.
