Thank-you for your (Canada's) confirmation of service of my Application for Leave to Appeal.
Enjoy my Memerandum of Argument, in particular sections on the AG of Canada's duty to protect the Peace, Order and good Government of Canada, a duty that is being ignored in fluoridation's case as the evidence clearly shows that "optimally" fluoridated (1ppm) communities in Canada today are comparable to 2ppm communities in Dr. Dean's time (40s) * MEANING 100% too much fluoride being ingested...and the informed consent infringment by fluoridation by referendum...
I'm looking forward to reading Canada's Response, in particular, on whether or not the Government of Canada is being a good "neighbor" to people in Canada by allowing public water fluoridation/mass-medication without informed consent/mass-poisoning in Canada in 2004.
