Millership sues against Fluoridation AGAIN!!!
Sadly again it seems, that we have to press the courts to do what our regulators should have prevented. At this rate we should simply ditch the experts and simply use the courts do their work for protecting our interests... Chris Gupta

I just filed my new anti-public water fluoridation lawsuit in Vancouver on June 21st - this time in the Federal Court of Canada.

I'm suing as a Class Action for damages (Billions!!!) on behalf of all Canadians with dental fluorosis (fluoride poisoning) who lived in a fluoridated community in Canada between 1945 and today, and for injunctions and declarations to stop public water fluoridation in Canada.
The Queen's Statement of Defence is to be filed by July 21st, I'll keep you all informed.
This time its done right, the I's are dotted and T's crossed - - - the mass-drugging, poisoning, crippling and killing of Canadians by public water fluoridation will soon be a crazy thing of the past!
