The ATI's are building a fascinating legal case and guess who some of the
stars are.
Had a very interesting time in Germany and at Codex.
Our ever expanding GIA using beehive power was able to manipulate the
situation to get rid of RDA as upper limit, as well as increase openness
of process. EU people were very unhappy - watching them in action made me
wonder whether we won the war and lost the peace - Hail Hitler!.
Explained face to face with key FAO, WHO, CODEX and other people there
that no one is going to be able to stop me, us, or any other human that we are
working with on this planet from choosing our own health practitioners and
medicines and / or treatment of choice.
Any regulations, standards, legislation or enforcement attempts will fail
under both the scrutiny of the Courts and Public Opinion.
Medicine is not and never was solely about drugs. Non-toxic medicinal food
is not a drug.
Medical doctors are not the only health professional.
AND - we have known for years that our micro cellular medicine approach is
far more science-based than modern cut, burn, and drug medicine. Now the
rest of the world is learning it - see attached.
It is also science based that one is more likely to die from lightening
than non-toxic medicinal foods.
Next year at Codex will be very interesting. According to our science work
over 60% of foods are more dangerous than our food medicines, and the
standards should be set as per attached guidelines.

You're right health fraud has suffered a big blow and it will continue to
do so.180,000 Canadian petitioners have spoken and indicated that FOODS are
NOT DRUGS in the House of Commons. Parliamentarians spoke two weeks ago in the
C-420 vote. They voted across party lines. Even Health Canada spoke on
September 24, 2003 when they dropped all of the Section 3 charges against
the Strauss Herb Company knowing full well that they could not stand up a
constitutional challenge.
In the past two weeks two more new CANADIAN studies have been published
indicating the extreme safety and efficacy of EMPowerplus. The
overwhelming evidence will cause you to go away soon.You are losing credibility with
every growing day.The people of Canada are speaking out against what you
stand for.

In Canada health fraud has recently suffered a big blow or big incentive I
suppose, depending on your point of view.
C-420 is a private members bill that proposes to consider all natural
products as "foods" and therefore not regulate them for all intents and
purposes. Unfortunately this bill recently was passed second reading in
the House of Commons.
The bill's biggest advocate, a Vancouver Island chiropracter, and Canadian
Alliance MP Dr. James Lunney will be on the popular investigative weekend
program known as Warren on the Chorus network.
I don't have an exact time but he is scheduled to be on Saturday. The
show runs from 2:00 pm to 5 EST or 11 to 2 PST.
