His address a few years ago was at:
140 Columbia West, Waterloo, Ontario

This is the Good Life Club, one of the largest chains of "fitness" clubs in Canada. They;re owner and management have made a very conscious decision to heavily promote sunbeds. I have been told a number of times by various former employees that they have a quota for the front desk people that if they don't get new or present customers to buy time in their first three months of employment on those very sunbeds that they might as well not come back to work.

Here is a link on healthwatcher about the sunbed industry that you might want to file away. Pay attention to the section on Good Life Fitness.

Here's where his office used to be located. It was right across the street from University of Waterloo and the RIMM head office. ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/dr_john/wateroff.htm

He is no longer at that location but is about 1/2 block away in a plaza with computer stores at 160 Columbia Street West.

He still has the same phone number in case you want to make an appointment and ask him about subluxations, etc. IF you want to discuss health fraud, politics, insurance, or the cost of doing business up here in the great white north, I am sure he will find the time when he is away from his official duties as a licensed health care provider. After all, our government in Ontario still contributes millions of dollars towards chiropractic care in our Province, regardless of the age of the patient, their diagnostic category, or whether they really need it in the first place.

In case those of you need to know more about chiropractic in Canada, just take this time to take it all in at: www.chirowatch.com

It's a small wonder why chiropractors in Ontario really don't like us very much. The truth really is known about the industry, it's just that our government has not taken the time to do anything much about it.

It's part of the reason that we have a crisis in rehab. care in this country that is driving car insurance rates through the roof. A recent article in the Hamilton Spectator tells about it. It's not pretty.

The piece by Dr. Drew Bednar is not available except to subscribers, but if any of you really want to see it, I will forward my copy of the piece in the paper on September 25th.

Have a great subluxation free weekend, and Happy New Year.

Terry

Does anyone disagree with this?

FWIW, I hereby express my embarrassed regret and contrition and take back my expressed wish that he stay. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. Ideao praecor beatum Michaelem Archangelum, who with St Luke must be the patron of this list, et omnium skepticacae, to forgive my lapse in prudence.

I haven't seen one pun worthy to follow the "frogshit" comeback.

Myself, I like killfiles.
