In response to your request below, I am pleased to submit the following:
I have been a member of the Canadian Health Food Association since 1968 and an honorary lifetime member since 1999.
I have served two terms as president of the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) from 1979 to 1983 and 1987 to 1991.
In recognition for ten years of serving as a visiting lecturer to the Dominion Herbal College's annual summer practicum in 1989, I was awarded an honorary certificate as a Master Herbalist.
I have been on the CHFA's board of directors from 1974 to 1991 serving in various capacities in the best interest of our industry. In view of the trend of events affecting the natural health products industry nationally and internationally I believe my almost 37 years of experience in the industry can be of value to the association's leadership
