Retrying to file Summons against a "Judge"

Dear Fellow Australians,
Last Wednesday I tried to file a Summons with a supporting Affidavit charging Carolyn Chambers Simpson with the offence of denying me the Right to Trial by Jury. The Supreme Court staff, ie: a filing Clerk, the Team Leader, and a Duty Registrar, refused to accept the documents. They insisted that "Judges are immune". The Duty Registrar could not show me any law which gave Judges immunity while I told her that the law of Habeas Corpus most definitely said they had no such immunity. I was escorted from the building by two Sheriffs.
Next Wednesday, the 20th April at 11:00 am, I will be back at the same Registry on the 5th Floor of the Law Courts Building, Queen's Square, Sydney, take another ticket from the ticket dispensing machine and wait my turn to present the same documents for filing, again. If/when the Summons is filed, a time and a date are set for Mrs. Simpson, or her counsel, to appear in Court when I will ask for a date to be set for the commencement of her Trial by Jury.
On Wednesday, the 20th April, I will wear one of the "TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY" T-shirts.
WOULDN'T IT BE NICE, if the Rule of Law was respected and it was acknowledged that nobody is above the Law? Next Wednesday, the Summons and Affidavit should be filed without question because We, the People, are entitled to the Benefits of our Laws and Liberties.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
