No independence - No Rule of Law

To whom it may concern;

Below is a letter that I wrote to a magazine publisher and intend to copy to every other media outlet that exists. I am certain that its' message is applicable to your organisation as well as many, many others, near and far. I trust that you are able to act, independently and I hope that you recognise an opportunity for your organisation to do the right thing.

"More and more, the phrase, "mounting insurrection" is being used to describe the public's response to the injustices that are being handed down by judges in our courts.

More and more, the phrase, "mounting insurrection" is being used to describe the public's response to evidence of cover-ups on the part of government, RCMP, judges and their affilliates and the press.

More and more websites are documenting these injustices and cover-ups. Websites with domain-names like www.integriti.org/, www.justice4you.org and www.ourcourtssuck.com, to name just a few.

These websites, all examples of a "mounting insurrection", are, combined with other rumblings and public exhibitions, are having an effect as is demonstrated by Global tv's 5-part news feature, entitled, "Contempt for Court", aired nightly, throughout this last week of the 23rd - 27th of February. Sadly, Global's attempt to capture the mood of this "mounting insurrection" falls short of the mark. It can only be viewed as a glossing over of the key elements of said "insurrection". Myself and many others find this typical of today's media response.

As this "insurrection" takes root and grows, it forms the potential to evolve into a full-blown revolution as tactics become increasingly outrageous in attempts to be taken seriously, compounded by the frustration of being largely ignored. This is cause for serious concern!

Within the word, "revolution", can be found the word, "evolution". In this age of intellect and enlightenment, we are capable of evolutionary change, rather than revolutionary change but only through the co-operation of the media, who hold the responsibility to accurately report the news, rather than to simply gloss it over."

Please take the time to visit the above-mentioned web-sites and make note of the abundance of examples that identify "No independence - No Rule of Law".
