WHAT THE JUDGES WON’T TELL YOU:

1.    It is your inalienable Right to have Trial by Jury in any action in any Court.

2.    If you choose not to avail yourself of this Right, but allow a Judge or Magistrate to judge the case, you must sign a Memorandum of Consent to that effect – otherwise, the Court has no Jurisdiction to proceed summarily.

3.    If a Judge or Magistrate does not secure that signed Memorandum of Consent and does proceed summarily, that Judge or Magistrate is guilty of a felony which is punishable by five years imprisonment for each time they commit that offence.

4.    No Parliament has the power to take away the Rights of the People. Should a Parliament reacherously make such laws, then those laws are no law, at all .... they are ultra vires.

5.    In a Democracy, the People Rule by way of Referenda and Trials by Juries when Common Law is made. The People create Parliaments, which are obedient to the Will of the People. In a Democracy, Sovereignty, ie: the ultimate authority to make and impose laws, lies with the People.

6.    The People create the Executive and the Executive appoint the Judges and Magistrates. Therefore, the Executive and the Judiciary are obedient to the Will of the People.

7.    Common Law is the law of the People, by the People and for the People. Statute Law is Acts of Parliament. “Common Law doth control Acts of Parliament and adjudges them, when against common right, to be void”, ie: Common Law overrules Statute Law. In a Democracy, Juries have the power to judge the Justice of the law and nullify those laws, if they believe those laws are bad or inappropriately being applied to the case before them.

8.    Trial by Jury is Trial by the People.  Magna Carta says, “No free man shall be taken indeed imprisoned, either dispossessed, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner destroyed, nor pass over him, nor send over him, except by means of the legal judgment of his won equals indeed the law of the land.”.

9.    Juries decide whether the parties to an action have done right or wrong and render Judgments which can either award damages or impose punishment. “Justice is the protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs”. No Judge or Magistrate can try or render Judgment in any action without the signed Memorandum of Consent from both parties to be without a Jury and allow the Court to proceed summarily. This applies to every Court with no exceptions, eg: to the Local Court, to the High Court, to the Family Court, etc.

WHAT THE MEDIA WON’T TELL YOU:

1.    On 27 February, 2007, a NSW Supreme Court Judge, Michael Frederick Adams, was indicted for denying an ordinary Australian, John Peter Bauskis, the Right to Trial by Jury when Adams arbitrarily imprisoned John for 14 days on 5 September, 2006, for no other reason than John’s wearing of a T-shirt displaying the words, “TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY”. The Case Number is 11031/07.

2.    On 12 March, 2007,  NSW Supreme Court Registrar Bradford refused to allocate a date for the empanelling of a Jury to try the Indictment and adjourned the matter to 16 April, 2007, for another “Mention”.

3.    Magna Carta says, “To no one will we sell, to no one will we deny or delay Right of Justice”. The Australian Judiciary are doing all that.

4.    In 1821, Thomas Jefferson once said, in reference to the United States of America, ““The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body - working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.”.

5.    Today, in Australia, our Laws and our Liberties are being destroyed by the “power of the judiciary” at the direct of the Banks who seek to rule the world and subjugate all People.

6.    The Banks and the Judges fear Trial by Jury which has long been regarded as the “Palladium of Liberty”, the “Bulwark of Freedom”, and the “only defence against Tyranny”.

7.    The Banks control the Parliaments, the Judiciary and the Media.

8.    Only Trial by Jury can “smash the Banks” – which is why the Banks have the Parliaments legislate to abolish the Right to Trial by Jury and why the Judges deny that Right in the Courts.

9.    For the Banks to succeed in the quest of World Control, they must destroy every vestige of the Christian values of Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy by employing “evil counsellors, judges and ministers”.

10.   Words from “God Save the Queen” say, “May she defend our laws”. But the Queen has no intention of doing any such thing. Unless the People, themselves, rise up against this evil, then evil will prevail. “All that it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”.
